Required User Privileges: Company Admin / Team Admin

The first step is to click on Manage at the bottom left corner of SalesScreen:

A menu will pop up, where you can proceed to click on All Reports under the Data headline:

Then, select the correct report type at the top:

Once the correct report type has been selected, click on the Import from Excel button:

Once in the Excel import window, select first the product for which you'd like to import reports. You can also select All Products if one of the column of you excel spreadsheet contains the product name corresponding to each report. To select either a specific product or all product, click on it:

Once you've selected a product or all product, upload your Excel spreadsheet by either dragging and dropping it on the dashed rectangle or clicking on the dashed rectangle and selecting your spreadsheet within your local drive. You can also download our Excel template to see an example.

Once your file got uploaded, you will be asked to map each column in your excel spreadsheet to a report field. To do so, drag and drop each spreadsheet header on the corresponding field. When you are done, click the Next button:

You are then reaching the last step which consists of processing the data contained within your spreadsheet as you told us to. To initialize the import process click the Start Excel Import:
