Required User Privileges: Company Admin

The first step is to click on Manage at the bottom left corner of SalesScreen.

A menu will pop up, where you can proceed to click on Products under the Company headline:

Once in the Product Management page, click on a Product type to expand and click on the Product to edit in the list: 

Selecting a product will open the Product details page.
Its content may vary depending on the type of product you have chosen as well as the configuration of your company account. You can find a detailed list of all fields in the next section.

Edit the fields that you deem necessary and click Save Changes:

Please note that one or several fields listed below may not appear in on your account as this varies based on your company configuration. 

  • Name: Name of your product as it will appear across your entire account
  • Standard Value: Default value of this product in your default currency. When a sales rep will add report and select this product, the Value field will be pre-populated with the number that you enter here.
  • XP: Amount of experience points (XP) your sales reps will earn for adding a report on this product.
  • Points given by Value of Report: Points awarded to your sales rep for adding a report on this product. Note that you can set this field in two different manners:
    · As a number smaller or equal to 1: it will be interpreted as a percentage. For example if you set this field to 0.2, and a sales rep adds a report on that product with a value of 500 we will awarded that user 20% x 500 = 100 points.
    · As a number greater than 1: it will be interpreted as such and that set number of points will be awarded for each report on that product.
    Lastly, note that the points are awarded per unit of this product. Therefore a report with Quantity = 2 will award twice the amount of point to the user.
  • Points given by Gross Margin of Report: Points awarded to your sales rep for adding a report on this product. Note that you can set this field in two different manners:
    · As a number smaller or equal to 1: it will be interpreted as a percentage. For example if you set this field to 0.2, and a sales rep adds a report on that product with a gross margin of 500 we will awarded that user 20% x 500 = 100 points.
    · As a number greater than 1: it will be interpreted as such and that set number of points will be awarded for each report on that product.
    Lastly, note that the points are awarded per unit of this product. Therefore a report with Quantity = 2 will award twice the amount of point to the user.
  • CPO: Cost Per Order, applicable when your organization provides sales services to your clients who in return, pay you for either a fixed amount per sale or a percentage of the order value. In SalesScreen, you may set this Cost Per Order directly on a product, so that you will be able to also get the gross margin for each sale. Note that you can set this field in two different manners:
    · As a number smaller or equal to 1: it will be interpreted as a percentage. For example if you set this field to 0.1, and a sales rep adds a report on that product with a value of 2500, the corresponding gross margin will be 10% x 2500 = 250.
    · As a number greater than 1: it will be interpreted as such and that set value will be registered as the gross margin for each report on that product.
  • Include Customer Information: Allow users to add Customer Information (name and id) when adding a report with this product
  • Include Portfolio Field: Show a field for Portfolio Value in the logger. Doing so will allow the user to set the portfolio value manually to a value of his wishing. 
  • Show Gross Margin in Logger: Show a field for Gross Margin in the logger. Doing so will allow the user to set the gross margin manually to a value of his wishing. 
  • Multiply Value: If true, the value of a report will be multiplied with the reported quantity to calculate the total value of the report.
  • Show in Company Feed: Enable a message to be published on the company feed when user adds a report with this product.
  • Add to Feed Threshold: Minimum value a report with that product must have in order for a message to be published on the company feed.
  • Send Mobile Push Notifications to Team: Enable a push notification to be sent to everyone in the team with the mobile app installed, when a user adds a report of this product.
  • Team Push Threshold: Minimum value a report with that product must have in order for a push notification to be sent out to everyone in the team.
  • Send Mobile Push Notifications to Company: Enable a push notification to be sent to everyone in the company with the mobile app installed, when a user adds a report of this product.
  • Company Push Threshold: Minimum value a report with that product must have in order for a push notification to be sent out to everyone in the company.
  • Show Popup on Screen: Enable a full-screen popup to display on the company's screens when a user adds a report with this product.
  • Screen Popup Threshold: Minimum value a report with that product must have in order for full-screen popup to display on the company screens.
  • Play Sound on Screen: Enable a user' sale celebration soundtrack to playback on the company' screens when a user adds a report with this product.
  • Sound Duration: Number of seconds the sale celebration soundtrack will play on the company's screens. If left to 0, the default duration will applies.
    Sale: 15 seconds
    Offer & Meeting: 10 seconds
    Activity: 5 seconds
  • Sound Threshold: Minimum value a report of that product must have for the the sales celebration soundtrack to play on the company' screens.
