The main step of setting up the integration between SalesScreen and Dynamics CRM is to sign in with a Dynamics CRM user account, in order to authorize access to Dynamics CRM data. We refer to this user as the API user. The user account acts as the bridge between the two systems and needs to have admin privileges in order to retrieve records across the organization.
