Note that deleting an event will also delete:
- all the records of when it was triggered
- the corresponding badge(s) from the sales reps profile page
If you do not wish to that, note that you can simply disable an event.
If you wish to move forward with deleting an event, the first step is to click on Manage at the bottom left corner of SalesScreen.
A menu will pop up, where you can proceed to click on Events under the Gamification headline:
Once on the Events management page, you will get an overview of all the events which have been created and are either active or inactive.
To delete one, click on the event to edit it, then click on the red delete button.
